Project Name: Cape Girardeau Transfer Station
Location: Cape Girardeau, MO
Project Scope: New Build, Design & Construction
Timeframe: Eight (8) months
Description: The City of Cape Girardeau was in need of a new transfer station facility located adjacent to their other public works facilities. Using the design/build process, we were able to work with the city to develop a cost effective, operationally efficient and durable facility that meets their throughput needs for now and years to come. The 9,600 sq. ft. transfer station/2,500 sq. ft. office and 3.5 acre site will receive MSW, recyclables, white goods and other items to centralize the collections for the city and provide a convenient drop off site for the residents. The City was a great partner and we look forward to working with them in the future.
